Hunting Leases
White tail deer as well as dove, turkey,
quail, pigs and more can be hunted in
the appropriate season and in accor-
dance with the Texas Parks and Wildlife.
There are 10 blinds and feeders for
deer/pig hunting across the ranch.

Deer Breeding
Tres Mil offers an impressive White Tail
deer breeding operation with more than
200 deer ranging from newborns to 5
year-olds, and within 8' high fenced areas.

Fun & Recreation
In addition to hunting, there are plenty of
ways to get outside and have fun! Trap
shooting with automatic throwers, fishing
on the ranch's several small lakes, boating
and watersports at Possum Kingdom Lake
just 8 miles away or a round of golf at the
course nearby. Later, gathering with friends
at the outdoor fire pit often leads to marsh-
mallow roasting, tall tales and ghost stories.

The Lodge
With 11,000 s.f. of living space, there are
12 bedrooms with two double beds in each,
plus two bedrooms for staff.

The professional kitchen is ready to serve.
It has a walk-in refrigerator and freezer, and
is designed to accommodate large groups.

The 3,000-square-foot great room is ideal for
entertaining with 2 pool tables, foosball, a large
TV and comfy sofas for watching your favorite
team or latest flicks.
